Reopening of Historic Nauvoo Sites

Historic Nauvoo and Carthage Jail are scheduled to reopen for guided tours on May 1, 2021. This is a limited opening and their hours of operation will be 10:00am to 6:30pm.

Large groups will not be accommodated at this time, and all guests must register in advance for guided tours.

They will not have the following activities available at time time: wagon rides, carriage rides, oxen rides, and pioneer pastimes.
